Consulting on urban agriculture strategy and vegetable garden management for the city of Nyon
Context and objective
The City of Nyon had to respond to the premise of Municipal Councilor Caroline Bordier and her colleagues, “For cabbages and tomatoes in the middle of the flowerbeds!”, in a context where more than 100 households were on the waiting list for a garden. In 2023, Légumes Perchés stepped in to meet this challenge by identifying new areas suitable for the creation of vegetable gardens and thus reducing this wait. In 2025, our team won the call for tenders for the management of Nyon’s municipal vegetable gardens.
