Context and objective
Légumes Perchés runs gardening workshops for gardeners in the City of Lausanne, and for the past three years has been supporting users of pocket gardens to prevent their abandonment. We also contributed to the launch of a communications campaign around the food processing kit developed by SPADOM, by producing tutorial videos to teach techniques such as lactofermentation and jam making.
