Program “On va vers le beau” (Towards Beauty) – Urban Agriculture

Jonas Schneiter and Marc Muller set out to explore various urban agriculture projects in the Lake Geneva region. They will meet with people who are proposing small-scale, sustainable agricultural solutions in urban areas in the region. Episode 5 What is the scientific basis? With Isaline Bise, agricultural engineer, and Elena Mihailescu, professor at HEPIA – Geneva School of Landscape, Engineering and Architecture.
