TV show “Des légumes perchés” (Perched Vegetables)

Once unused, rooftops are now being transformed into food-producing spaces. Vegetable gardens are being installed on buildings, schools, and shopping centers thanks to the Vaud-based company Légumes Perchés, which specializes in transforming rooftops into vegetable gardens and urban farms.
