A connected, photovoltaic urban farm

Powerfarm aims to solve three challenges in one initiative. The concept involves installing vertical solar panels on rooftop vegetable gardens. These unused spaces could simultaneously generate coolness, produce energy, and grow vegetables. In Switzerland, 28,000 buildings with flat roofs offer great potential for this project.
